Dan & Helen's Pennine Adventure

Dan Walker and Helen Skelton travel up the 'Backbone of Britain'. In this episode they cycle along the stunning Snake Pass and canoe along Britain's highest canal tunnel.

Dan Walker and Helen Skelton visit some of the Pennine Way's most picturesque towns and villages, camping without tents in woodland near Keighley and helping Dan overcome his fear of heights on Ilkley Moor.

Dan and Helen abseil 100 metres into Alum Pot, one of the Yorkshire Dale's deepest caves, picnic at Pendragon Castle, and explore the former stomping ground of artists Turner and Hockney.

On the last leg of their Pennine adventure, the duo explore the North Pennines, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where they try the high-adrenaline activity of Hydrospeeding.
