Alarmed by her mother’s blind devotion to Walid Muhammad, the mysterious leader of Jihad Ummah, Baiduri sets out to uncover the truth behind the group’s teachings.

Baiduri follows her mother to another Jihad Ummah gathering, where she is shocked to see young girls being married off to older men. As her mother grows more devoted to Walid, Baiduri's defiance puts her at odds with the group’s strict rules.

Baiduri’s home life falls apart when her father divorces her mother for choosing Jihad Ummah over their family. Meanwhile, Hambali returns from Yemen to join his father in Jihad Ummah, but his unease with the group's practices mirrors Baiduri’s concerns.

Baiduri decides she must infiltrate Jihad Ummah in order to gather evidence. Hambali grows uneasy with the group’s strange practices, especially the treatment of young girls.

Baiduri and her mother settle into Jihad Ummah as Baiduri digs deeper into the sect’s dark secrets. Tensions rise with forced marriages, strange rituals, and growing jealousy among the wives. Hambali begins to question Walid’s control, while a grand ceremony exposes the cult’s true power.
