As Bryan and Sarah weigh their options to expand Caerula Mar, they realize it would be an undertaking larger than anything they've done before. In the Keys, more and more problems arise, and with a surprise buyout deadline looming, worry sets in.

Bryan and Sarah realize it's best to split up between The Bahamas and The Keys to hit deadlines. He focuses on the local watering hole, and she works to keep the ongoing Pines & Palms renovation on track, but the partners have a surprise to share.

With the big wedding buyout only one week away, the Baeumlers race to finish the resort in time for the big day. But with a storm on the horizon, Mother Nature may challenge their odds of having Pines & Palms ready to welcome more than 100 guests.
