Otavio has sleeping sickness and has been asleep for 18 years. Júlia returns to Rio. Júlia looks for her sisters Celi and Beth. Chico and Júlia reunite. Otavio gets an electric shock and wakes up.

Otávio wakes up after receiving an electric shock. Thiago faces prejudice from his brother for liking erudite things and wearing an earring. Hélio returns to check on Otávio and is surprised to see San Marino.

Hélio flees San Marino and doesn't tell Alex the secret. The hospital bars entry to Otávio's family. Otávio doesn't recognize his daughters.
